During the Tour de France Kate Wagner kept an audio diary for The Cycling Podcast, with three episodes featuring as part of our Kilometre 0 series. 

Now, to put a full stop on her first Tour, and for friends of the podcast, is part four, her final instalment. In it, she recalls her day on a motorbike, during which she felt that she was not merely watching the race, but part of it, seeing the riders close up, even listening in to their conversations. 

She picks out her highlights and reflects, inevitably, on Primoz Roglič and his triumphant return at the Olympics.
