In the second instalment of our young riders' audio diaries we hear the latest from Joe Laverick, Red Walters and Marjolein van 't Geloof (pictured). 

From Joe we hear about his "keeping the chain tight" rides in the company of Nathan Haas, we learn all about the Dutch national championships from "Mayo", as she likes to be known, and Red takes on a delayed and much anticipated journey from the UK to his new team in France. 

While Mayo has been racing, it's been a challenging time for Red and Joe, who crashed at the Volta ao Algarve em Bicicleta and suffered a knee injury that saw him return home to Grimsby. Now back in Girona, he's preparing to resume his season.
