During the spring The Cycling Podcast went on their Grand Tour of (Parts Of) Britain to promote the book, A Journey Through The Cycling Year.

This bonus episode for Friends of the Podcast takes listeners to the Round Chapel in Hackney, where Richard Moore, Lionel Birnie, Daniel Friebe and Orla Chennaoui each read passages from the book before the conversation took off in unpredictable directions.

François Thomazeau joined the team for a few of the tour dates and endured the disruption that caused the two Scottish legs of the tour to be postponed. During the episode we hear him discussing the grand tours and their innate capacity for story-telling with Richard and Lionel.
